PRACTICE

When you know enough but still find speaking difficult

When you know enough but still find speaking difficult

Most students spend years learning grammar rules and completing textbook exercises, but lose confidence in real conversations. Speaking Clubs are designed specifically to turn passive knowledge into active speech.

  • You are afraid of making a mistakeIn the club, a mistake does not stop the conversation: the moderator does not interrupt over every small detail, but helps you express your thought and gives thoughtful feedback at the end.
  • You take a long time to remember the right wordsWithout real-life practice, your active vocabulary quickly fades. Regular meetings on everyday topics help you use familiar vocabulary fluently and without pauses.
  • You find it difficult to understand fast speechBy listening to other participants and teachers from different countries, you gradually get used to real accents, natural pace and the intonation of spoken English.
  • No one to practise with regularlyYou do not need to find conversation partners yourself: the club provides a clear schedule, an engaging topic, an experienced moderator and a group of motivated people with similar goals.
